What power does the trailer use and where do we plug it in?
The maximum draw is 10 amps and it plugs into a three pin 13 amp household sockets, or a 16 amp generator or distribution board connection. All cables are supplied by Just Cool It Ltd.

Are clients permitted to tow or move the trailer?
It is company policy not to allow the third party towing. The trailer is secured with various security devices following the delivery and cannot be moved.

What is the time frame for a weekend hire?
Just Cool It Ltd is flexible with the time frame. Typically Thursday or Friday to Monday inclusive. We do not charge for the additional day if the Thursday delivery is necessary.

Does the trailer have shelving and does this incur any additional cost?
Full racking or shelving is standard and at no additional charge, however, they can be removed if requested when booking.

How do we book a trailer?
Either ring the Freephone number for a quote or email the request form on the website. Just Cool It Ltd will send you a Booking Form and invoice you prior to the event. BACS payment or cheque required seven days prior to delivery, please.
